Hi Madhuri,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
Your T3, T4, and TSH values are within normal limits which mean you have euthyroid state that is normal Thyroid functions.

You have thyroid swelling there are other possible reasons of thyroid swelling it must be examine clinically as well as Ultrasonography of Thyroid will be useful to find any nodule solid or cystic once detected a FNAC( Fine needle aspiration cytology may be done.

Iodine deficiency in diet can cause Goitre so please consult Endocrinologist and Surgeon to investigate the cause and treatment depends on cause.

Hope this helps.
Take care.

Homeopath Dr. Radha Reddy's  Response
Hello Madhuri,
Welcome to HCM.

Your report says everything is normal with your thyroid function despite the swelling in the thyroid gland. This condition is called as Euthyroid goitre. Goitre suggests any swelling in the thyroid gland. The swelling is due to the extra growth of the thyroid cells. This growth may be a compensatory mechanism to deal with abnormal thyroid hormone function. Hence, surgery may not be advisable. Thyroid gland is very essential in metabolism and other hormone functions. Most thyroid patients (females) are found to be suffering from PCOD, irregular menses, Infertility, Hirsutism (hair growth on face). Hence, treatment must be far sighted.

Homeopathy deals with Goiter in a way that not only reduces the swelling to normal but also maintains normal functioning of the thyroid.
