Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have gone through the MRI report of your cervical spine.

The decision to do surgery or not depends on patient's symptoms and examination findings, in addition to the MRI report. So, I request you to get back with your symptoms.

If you have severe radicular pain in the arms, or if there is weakness of muscles, or if the medical treatment has failed, you may require surgery. Surgery in spine is safe in experienced hands and there is no need to worry in case the surgery is needed.

I hope it helps.
Best wishes,
Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM (Neurology)
