Hi recently every time me and my wife have sex she gets very sore 24 hrs later and I have noticed the gland on the end of my penis becomes blotchy at the same time. We have recently abstained for over a week and we both applied anti thrush cream during this time. However the same thing has happened again Please can you hel
Thanks for query on HCM. It usually occurs due to mild abrasions or cut injury after sex. It may happens due to excessive dryness during sex and later on development of fungal/bacterial infection in it. Try to spend some more time in foreplay. Avoid rough forceful sex. Use good lubricant during sex under guidance of your family physician. You can apply anti fungal/antibacterial cream after sex to prevent further infection in it. Go for investigations to rule out any underlying condition.
hi both take one dose of flucanozole 150mg once daily and both maintain gential hygiene make washing before and after sex better u use condoms if still itcy there ask her to check once sugar levels
