Have Thyroidectomy. Having Small Node At The Side Of Neck. Related To Thyroid?

I have thyroidectomy but keep para-thyroid 4 years ago and found one small cancer at the bottom side but no need to do extra treatment.
So far the regular check up every 6 month result is fine. After thyroidectomy, I still see a small nude at the bottom side of neck. Scan done but no specification about the nude require treatment.
Question: Is this nude show in my neck not related to thyroid? How can I take care of it?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! If I would have been your treating physician, I will refer you to your treating surgeon to do an excisional biopsy of your lymph node. Further management will depend on the histopathology report of the the excised node. It may not be possible to opine further on this without the report. Thanks and good luck.
