I m am still unsure of what it is.
Hello
Thanks for writng to H.C.M. for your query.
I have gone through your query regarding some thing is passng down in your throat though you have no problem of difficulty in breathing or swallowing.
Considering your clinical history it appears as you are hving post nasal drip which is usually de to sinus infection. To cofirm and treat this problem you are advice for these investigations-
(1) C.T.scan of paranasal sinuses.
(2) Culture and sensitivity of throat swab.
(3) Blood- CBC, ESR, blood sugar- F & P.P.,
(4) Urine - R. & M.
A tharough examination of nose and throat along with clinical co-relation of inferences of above investigations will tell us about correct diagnosis which can be accordingly manage.
