Have Tightness In Neck Muscle And Head. Have Hypertension And Taking Co-diovan And Crestor. What Is The Remedy For This?

Hi Dr.
I have been getting this feeling lately (the past 2 weeks). I get a tight head feeling with neck muscle tightness 30 min after the meal. This also gives me the slight nausea feeling which goes away 15 - 20 min later.
I'm 53 years old on Hypertension medication of co-diovan and crestor 10mg. No diabetes.
How would I get rid of this unease.
Appreciate your advise.

Hello,

You're a hypertensive on medication.
The symptoms which you present may be due to uncontrolled hypertension.
You need to record your Blood pressure regularly.
If the blood pressure is maintained well then other causes related to Central nervous system should be ruled out.
Consult your doctor for more help.
