What Does This Blood Test Result While Having Diabetes And Hypertension Indicate?

I am 50 years male diabetic with hypertension on 30 mg Diamicron 30 mg with co diovan 160& diovan 160 taken daily morning and night resp. & Lipitor 20 mg. My last blood check shows Uric Acid 494, Urea 11.3, Creatinine 237, Chlestrol 5.1, Triglycerides 2.7 I am suffering from ED as well doctorsd advised to take care about my kidneys...What is your opinion and medical advice regarding food intake and medications

can you correctly give the level of your serum creatinine as that will be the base to suggest further treatment and even cholesterol level correctly.any diabetic with hypertension with renal problem will have lot of dietary restrictions which the patient has to follow strictly to live longer.if serum creatinine is more than five one has to consider dialysis for that you need to consult nephrologist and follow him.regarding diet you have to stop mutton,chicken you have to reduce amount,egg white only you can take.you have to reduce salt in your diet and you should not take sugar, fruits you can have papaya,kalajamoon,guava,watermelon,muskmelon,moosambi, apple only one in 1 day. fruits like chikoo,banana,grapes,mango you have to stop completely.medications you have to take regularly.the level of you sugar,BP and lipid control will help in reducing creatinine that in turn will reduce the need for dialysis.with these measures you have to exercise 30 min daily. rice you should reduce and raagi and chapathi you have to take to improve your condition.
