Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
It does seem like your symptoms could be related to a
urinary tract infection (UTI). I shall list the symptoms for your reference. They are:
-Burning sensation while urinating
-Frequent urination
-Increased urge to urinate, but less amount of urine passed
-Chills
-Fever
-Lower abdominal and/or flank region pain
-Itching around the genitals
-Blood in urine or immediately after (not always seen)
Please note that not all symptoms need to be present in a single case of a UTI. As you could be having a UTI, for which the best treatment is achieved with antibiotic therapy, pain management medication (if pain exists) and a urine alkalizer (if your urine is alkaline). For this, you will have to consult a doctor, and all medication will have to be taken only under the doctors supervision.
As you have requested for remedies you could go about at home, I would first like to inform you that nothing will greatly help unless the infection causing organism is killed, which is possible only with antibiotic therapy. But consuming plenty of water and drinking plenty of cranberry juice can also contribute to a certain extent in controlling symptoms of a UTI.
I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.
Best wishes.
