Have Urine Examination Result. Can Any Online Doctor Help?

My son s urine examination result is nature random sample appearance clear reaction acidic albumin traces sugar nil RBC nil pus cels 1-2 /hpf epithelial cells 1-2/hpf casts nil crystals nil Is there any infection in his urine and we have to give him any medicine?

This is normal urine results. So nothing to worry about. Why was the urine test done? Was it to rule out infection? Encourage plenty of fluids to maintain good hydration.
