Hi, Welcome to HCM, Leucocyte esterase is marker of urinary tract infection. As your urine contains 5-7 WBC/HPF and epithilial cells in fair number, leucocyte esterase positive result indicates urinary tract infection. Your vaginal itching seems to be due to vaginal infection. Tenderness in right side of lower abdomen can be due to PID. You should consult your Gynecologist for examination and treatment.
