Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
Cyanocobalamin and methylcobalamin both are forms of vitamin B12, cyanocobalamin, does not occur in nature, but is produced from bacterial hydroxocobalamin and then used in many pharmaceuticals and supplements, and as a food additive, because of its stability and lower production cost. In the body it is converted to the human physiological forms methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. Now even methylcobalamin preparation are also available, Only cost varies.
Both forms of vitamin B12b are effective in supplementing vitamin B12.You can take any form of vitamin B12.
Hope this helps you
Regards
