Have Weakness, Tiredness And Bowel Movements Which Keeps On Repeating Very Often. Can You Help Me?

Hi. I have been having more requent episodes of weakness an tiredness where I née to lean on something or sit down. I used to worry then have a full blown panic attack. I thought my blood sugar was low or blood pressure but I have tested ok and blood pressure is low but still normal. I usually feel a need to have a bowel movement shortly after the initial symptoms and I feel better afterward. Sometimes a trigger has been feeling to hot, but lately I seem to have no trigger and I am having more frequent episodes. I stopped eating gluten and for the past two days felt like my old healthy self, but today while grocery shipping I felt weak again with some numbness in my hands or my hands feel cold. Can you help me?

Dear Sir,

Well looking into the query I will like to say that it seems that you are suffering from IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome). Kindly see a gastroenterologist for this.
