Having PCOS & Endometriosis. IUI Cycles Failed. Taking Duphaston And Metformin. Suggest

am 30, female with PCOS & Endometriosis, undergone hysterolaprocoy & ovarian drilling in Jan-2013. After that I have undergone 2 cycles of IUI with no result. I am advised to take CCQ-50 for 5 days starting from 4th day of the cyle, ovulation study and when the follicle is mature, HuCog 5000 units injection in both those cycles. After IUI was done, I was on Duphaston for 10 days. Also, taking Metformin daily for PCOS. Why IUI is failing, I am just not able to understand?? We are trying to have baby for the last 2 years and now I am really desperate to get pregnant.... please suggest what could be wrong??

Thanks for the query.

The possible causes for failure of IUI are:
-Low sperm count
-Improper preparation of sample
-Defective ovum
-Hormonal imbalance etc.
So once discuss with your doctor regarding these issues.
If the correctable causes are corrected possibly you may succeed in next cycle.
