Hi,
As you have already had 7 cycles, I feel you should go for other options. Usually, up to 6 cycles are preferred. I would ask you to have a complete evaluation of your hormonal status and see if you need any Metformin, since it is shown to have good results in inducing ovulation without any other medication in PCOD as well as considering other options of treatment like IVF. Please see a specialist in high risk pregnancy or an infertility specialist for further assistance; as your husband also has low progression, IVF would be the best choice. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good luck.
