Having A Small Piece Of Hard, White Skin On The Exterior Tip Of Nose. What It Could Be?
I have a very small piece of hard, white skin on the exterior tip of my nose, that showed up about 3 months ago & is not just flaking away. I've tried lotions to soften & gently scrtached. Feels like it would bleed if i tore or scratched harder. It's not getting bigger but it is harder. I feels like dead skin or a dried out hang nail on my nose.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have small piece of hard, white skin on the exterior tip of nose which seems to be due to abundant sebaceous glands which get hypertrophied and it could be due to development of chronic granulomatous infection. Need not to worry. i would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should apply calamine lotion on skin. You should take anti allergic medication along with antibiotic. Drink plenty of water. Keep area moisturized and avoid exposure to sunlight. Take diet rich in multivitamins.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
