Having Back Pain, Flu Symptoms And Fatigued. Feeling Shortness Of Breath. Advise?
I have a pain it feels like in my hear right upper and my back in that area is in pain also. It has been going on for over 24 hours. Thursday and Friday I did have flue like symptoms and I have been fatigued I do have a shortness of breath but it has been very hot and humid here in MN. Can you advise me. Oh yes I am a 52 year old female and I am over weight.

The pains that you have described are likely to be due to a muscular pain most likely result of viral fever. Taking mild pain killers and muscle relaxants will bring a short term relief. Regular stretching exercise will be helpful. If you don't find any relief with the above measures, a detailed clinical examination along with appropriate investigations are needed to establish a diagnosis.
