Hello,

Following unprotected sex, burning sensation during urination is mostly due to urinary infection. It may be occurred from chemical lubricant jelly due to irritation and inflammation of the vaginal wall or urethral region.

Here, you may need to undergo one urine examination & vaginal swab test to rule out pathogens. One course of antibiotic is required to alleviate above symptoms. Vagisil intimate cream is also helpful for local application. Consult with your doctor regarding this.

Drink plenty of water or fluids, maintain genital hygiene before & after each sexual activity, empty bladder in time, take cranberry juice and avoid wearing tight underwear.

Be well.
