Having Burning Sensation In Throat. Having White Patch In The Same Area. Diagnosed With GAD. Guide

Hi Sir,
I am undergoing a c on my left side of tongue since 20 days. Sometimes it comes & goes off by itself.
Due to that irritation i have started rubbing my tongue against bottom teeth.
I find a slight white patch in that area, whlie i wake up but it disappears during the day.
I am diagnosed with GAD few months back.
Kindly let me know the exact problem.

Hello,
Do not rub your tongue to your teeth it will unnecessary irritate it and will cause ulceration on it.
For anxiety disorder are you on any medicines if not you can take anxiolytics but for small periods like 7-10 days after consultation to your doctor.
These small patches are actually keratosis which develop because of irritation .
If you smoke stop smoking ,do not take alcohol.
Prevent acidity and reflux from stomach.
you must take multivitamins for a month or so ,so that it helps in healing the tongue and decrease nerve irritation.
Get well soon.
If in doubt do reply back.
