Having Chest Pain Due To Gas. What Should I Do?

I now and then have gas pains and at the same time they are in my in my chest, start in my jaw but after I get rid of a lot of gas by belching and passing wind they disappear. The whole procedure takes about 5 to 15 min. They are then gone and I have no pain left. I have gone to emergency with this when it has lasted longer and they did check it but feel that it was gas. They said my blood pressure was very high which happens to me when I have a panick attack.

Dont worry.
DO nothing but drink lots of water. Dont panic. Breathe calmly and dont gasp for breaths. Eat a diet with less caffeine and leafy vegetables. Less coffee and tea and smoking
Get involved in some form deep breathing exercises like Yoga or meditation and walk briskly for about 40 min everday
