hi there, I don't understand why do you need to be selective about your information to the health care provider. Go ahead and tell them the whole history. From prognostic point of view B and C are most significant as they indicate that the immune system is very much compromised and patient's treatment needs to be stepped up. Also they are highly infectious for TB at that point of time as they might be coughing out bacilli. Take proper action and do not be secretive about this condition. Take care.
