Having Depression And Anxiety And Hesitant To Change Zoloft To Wellbutrin. What Is The Solution?

Hi,I am a previous methadone addict that was on a high dose for 30 years..my last dose was 350mgs/day in split doses of 250mg in am,and 100mg in afternoon,due to rapid metabolism found after doing peak and trough blood test..detoxed off this mdone in end of 2102..very,very ill,even with 32 mgs per day of Subutex,then Suboxone after 1 month..I have depression and anxiety issues..Been taking 3mgs daily of clonopin for 25 years..Yes,definitely addicted,but didnt know this info. at time of being prescribed the med(1988)..I am on Zoloft,just increased to 50 mgs daily..I want to switch to Wellbutrin for more "energy"..Took Adderall from friend last year not knowing it was an amphetamine and loved it even though I hate stimulants..No anxiety ,just felt good...Psych is very good but hesitant about changing Zoloft to Wellbutrin...Please advise..thank you!! I think, you are already on stimulant and there is no need to take wellbutrin. You would get better response with zoloft in depression. Wellbutrin is a nice antidepressant, but help in mild case of depression and has no effect on anxoety symptoms. Better to carry on with suboxone and clonopin.

Hi Thanks for using healthcare magic I think, you are already on stimulant and there is no need to take wellbutrin. You would get better response with zoloft in depression.
