Having Digestive Issues After Removing Gallbladder Due To Gallstones. ER Visit Required?

I had my gallbladder removed 10 months ago due to gallstones. Since then I have had the same digestive issues since before having my gallbladder removed. Including frequent diarrhea surrounded by a yellow liquid, as well as abdominal pain, mostly right after I finish eating a meal. Today I had the same diarrhea surrounded by the yellow liquid however this time the stool itself looked like a dark reddish brown color which is causing me some concern. Should I go to the ER? I have an appointment scheduled with my Doctor in a little over a week. I am a 21 year old male weighing 172 lbs.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really understand your concern, but let me tell you that your complain and the surgery are nothing to take with each other your symptoms are more suggestive of intestinal infection and for that I will advise you to take Doxycycline 100 mg initially twice in day then once in day for another seven days this will give good result for sure, and keep your stress level low have light diet it will be fine soon have nice day.
