Having Dry Patches On Skin, Blackhead, Whitehead Prone Skin. What Creams Can I Use To Get Better?

Hello doctor,
I am 19 and i am having dry patches on my skin. I have consulted one of my family doctor but it didnt helped me out right now i m using boroline which is pretty helpfull but those patches are coming again and again on my face i am having a dry but pimple,blackhead and whitehead prone skin and i am also a frequent user of aloevera gel.
Please help me...:-)

YU MUST KNOW THAT PIMPLES OCCUR IN OILY SKIN NOT IN DRY
YU AVOID ALLOILY AND GREESY FOOD
NO USE OF MUSTARD COCONUT WALNUT GROUNDNUT ALMONDS AND SOYA OIL
USE OLIVE
YOU APPLY CLINDAMYCIN GEL BD ON AFFECTED PART IF THERE ARE DRY PACH ADD LITTLE MOMETASONE IN GEL
