Having Dull Abdominal Pain On Right Side, Light Back Pain. Cure?

Hi, For the last 6 months I ve been having dull abdominal pain on the right side, also light back pain in the same area. With months the pain hasn t changed much, it has become slightly easier to point the location on my stomach, in the beginning i could show just the area. Sometimes it feels it has moved bit to lower abdominal, sometimes it feels like hurting just below my rib cage (most common in horizontal from navel). Also for last two months my bowel movements are loose and light or yellowish. I do not have to go too often, just 1-2 times a day. Also i have noticed that lately all my stomach is more sensitive than it used to be, sometimes hurts after some foods, sometimes slight heartburn . So far I had whole abdominal ultrasound, which was okay. Had some liver blood tests, also okay. What could be the problem? What tests should I do? Im female, 28, not taking any medications, no other diseases than endometriosis .

Hi ! On your abdominal pain, it could be due to the following:
1) As a known case of endometriosis, there could be extra uterine deposits in the abdomen which might be giving rise to the pain along with the back pain.
2) Your ultrasound has come out to be normal and so we can exclude any endrometrial ovarian cyst and also any possibility of gall stones.

I would like to know about your food habits as well. If you are a frequent fast food eater from outside home, then intestinal amebiasis has to be excluded which is a common problem. Please consult your family physician on this. Also to be kept in mind is gluten sensitivity which is an allergy to a component of the food specially in most of the fast foods. All the best.
