Having Fever, Sore Throat, And Coughing. Was On Zpack. Now On Mucinex An Alkazetzer Cold Plus. Cause And Cure?
Hi I'm a45 yr old male Ive been sick for goin on a week now started of with a sore throat an by day 3 started coughin have gone to the dr gave me a zpack which I just finish told me to take Mucinex an alkazetzer cold plus but doesn't seem to be controlling this constant cough I have phlegm that barely comes up with this cough what should I do

As you have finished Z-pack course, continue with Mucinex for few days more.
Mucinex contains Gueaniefen which will help cough reflex.
With Mucinex you will good expectoration and will help to bring more cough out.
As you are having more phelgm, take Z-pack for 2 days more.
Avoid fried, cold drinks and junk food.
