Having Flu Symptoms With Minimal Urine Passage And No Bowel Movement. Why Abdomen Is Swollen And Hard?
hi - my husband appears to have flu like symptoms including fever, fatigue, body aches and pains and nausea. He is unable to keep any food down so is drinking water. However, he is only minimally urinating and hasn't had a bowl movement for a couple of days. Tonight I noticed that his abdomen is swollen and hard. What could this be caused from?

I really appreciate your concern for your husband, flue is viral infection and any viral infection greatly effects the GI system and the most prominent symptoms is abdomen distension, but this will be normal as the viral load comes down, and nothing to worry about this the collection of flatulence would be there but this will be relived soon have nice day take care of your husband.
