Dear patient,
This is a typical pre-symptom of what we say "GRAHANI" in ayurveda. Now according to my science,
this shouldn't be neglected,my friend!
Pathogenesis (samprapti)=
1)As you know, the food passes along GI tract during digestion. The kapha mixing (vilodana) if not proper then rukshta (dryness) occurs in stomach
2)This rukshtajaneet food when comes to grahani (
small intestine) the madhurya (sweetness) of rasa (
lymph) get disturbs. From this point the main calamities happen.
3)This improper (sam) digested food when comes to pakwashaya (large intestine) the vayu awarutes (overcoming) the food. Also the antra puchsha (
appendix) gets affected with this giving origin to the green/red/black color to the stools, that's the event happened.
Firstly, reduce your
smoking (if possible).Don't take the any other drug for extra activity.
Treatment=
1)have warm water all day, take mild laxativ like castor oil to remove all amaj vikruti.
2)take easy digestive food,avoid raw-fermented food
3)hingwa-ashtak churna/agnik churna/dadimadya churna/dhanwantar churna/kalyanak ghritam/panchagavya ghritam/mandur vatak/pravalpanchamrut are some medicines for you,but for this you have to take appointment from an ayurvedic vaidya.
4)application of hing (asafoetida) is helpful. This is the sure shot medicine for your problem. Have a 'grahani free' life ahead.
