Having Hard Growing Mass Between Inner Canthus And Nose. Painful When Palpated. History Of MS And Psoriatic Arthritis

I am a 61 y/o white male. With a Hx of MS and psoriatic arthritis. I have a hard mass that is located between the inner canthus and nose. In a month is gone from a grain of sand size, to today a .20-.25 hard mass. When palpated it is painful (7-9) when not touch pain is about 3-4. The borders and shape are irregular. I think I can feel a tail to this hard mass. The tail terminates at the upper eyelid.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The swelling appears to be the infection of the nasolachrimal duct, probably due to the blockage.
If it is in the begining, there would have a possibility of the cure by medicines, now you may need incision and drainage.
M.S, and psoriatic arthritis has nothing to do with the present condition.
After incision you may need to use antibiotics for healing from inside.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
