Having Headaches, Back Aches, Bloated Stomach And Heart Burns. Noticed Spotting. Cause?

My last period started 4/8 was a bit heavier than normal I had sex the night my period ended and the day b4 my ovulation began. I spotted pink during ovulation once and spotted pink again on 4/25. I feel very tierd have headaches, back aches, stomach feels very bloated and sore feels like I have heart burn all day. What could be going on

The spotting you had during ovulation can be due to hormones.

As you had intercourse around the time of ovulation and according to your symptoms there is possibility of pregnancy.
But just by symptoms we cannot come to one conclusion.
You wait till your expected date of periods and if you miss the periods go for pregnancy test once.
