Hi,
From history it seems that your present problem might be due to upper respiratory tract infection.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course for 3-5 days and you will be alright.
Do hot water gargle.
Take light diet.
Avoid fried, cold drinks and junk food.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and bye.
