Having Irregular Period With Negative Pregnancy And Severe Lower Back Pain

Hello. I have always had regular periods until recently. I had a period in late August, then nothing for eight weeks, period again early November. I haven t had one since.( today is January 7th) Pregnancy tests are negative. The last three days I have had pretty bad low back pain, but it feels like I injured myself during a run (muscular). I ve recently moved so I don t have a regular physician yet.

hi there thanks for posting your query at HCM
Dear first of all i advice you no to worry
Since you are having delayed periods and back pain , and the pregnancy test are negative , you please still need to go any qualified gynecologist for investigations whic h includes either an ultrasound or a laprascopic examination to rule out endometriosis
Or an hormonal profile of estrogen progesterone , prolactin FSH , LH , TSH needs to be done
Then only the further course if action needs to be decided
Till then take care
