Having Jittery Fingers. Could It Be Due To Excessive Typing At Work?
Hi, I have been having what I can only describe as "jittery fingers" for about a week now. I go to uni, and so I do a lot of typing, mouse-using, and writing. What I find odd is that it is only my right hand, my "mouse hand", that has been restless. Is it just because of their continued use, or is it a sign of something more serious developing, like carpal?
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The jittery fingers that you have could be related to excessive typing, electrolyte imbalance or a vitamin B 12 deficiency., You can start with electrolyte rich fluids and supplements and see if there is improvement.
