Having Large Epididymal Cyst On Testis. Urologist Suggests Surgery, No Children Yet. How To Solve This Problem?

i am 30 year old, Have a large epididymal cyst on my right testis. i have visited urologist. they said there is no treatment except operation. In my case doctor dont go with operation as i was recently married and no children sofar.
Could you please let me know how i can resolve this problem with operation.
