Having Lower Back Pain. Suggest Remedy

Yes. I checked my blood pressure on a home monitor wrist device and it was 137 over 106. I am 47 years old and also I have a weird lower back pain on left side. I am under a lot of stress right now and I take an ADD medication. Is this something serious?

Hello
I think the blood pressure is normal. Donot worry about. It can be due to ADD medications.

Lower back pain can be due to stress.
You can take tablet flexon MR.
Consult a physiotherapist for back strengthening exercises.
Do hot compresses.
Keep your posture correct.
Practice relaxation exercises.

Thanks.
