Having Milky Penile Discharges, STD Test Negative. What To Do Next ?

Hi Doc, My boyfriend of 7 months who is 40 years old is having penile discharges. All our std test have been negative. This is the second time he has complained about this since we ve been together. It s not smelly, not itchy but its just a milky discharge. We are very worried what do u think is the cause. It showed up this last time a few days afer we had sex. Just to mention, he constantly wears tight underwear, and he is currently under a bit of stress as he is changing jobs.he is a primary school teacher. Please what can we do next? Thank you for your time and advice. You are doing a GREAT JOB!!!!!!

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your boyfriend is getting white milky discharge per urethra. This is most likely due to excessive secretion of l peri urethral glands located in urethral mucosa which secrete a milky fluid which acts as lubricant for free passage of semen If he does not have any urinary symptoms there is nothing to worry about. This will get resolved itself.
