Having Movement In Nose, Delay In Swallowing, Throbbing In Nose. Took Allergy Steroids, Nasal Sprays

For the past 11 months i have been having movement in my nose and clicking my throat. My stomach has been doing wierd things. I sometimes have a delay in swallowing. When I'm sleeping only one side of my nose will clog even if there is no mucus. Goes away after i have been upright for some time. I feel it moving a lot at night time. Long slow drawn out movements. I alsofeel throbbing in my nose. I have been on countless allergy steroids and nasal sprays. When i hum i hear a thud noise. Also sound cuts in and out.

Dear Friend

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems you are suffering from Post nasal drip and GERD (Gastro-esophageal reflux disease).

You might be having a dry cough too.

Your problem can be resolved, if you do regular steam inhalations, you can consider a short 5 days anti-histaminic like levocetrizine course.

You should avoid heavy meals, smoking, directly lying on bed post meals.

You can take a combination of Pantoprazole and domperidone for a few days.

Write to us, what improvement you got.

Stay Healthy
