Having Pain And Hardness On The Testicles After A Ball Hit It. Treatment And Cause?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,
It is pretty unusual for testes to be devoid of sensation. They are in fact quite sensitive to pain. So considering that you had a lot of tenderness and now the testes are numb, I am a little apprehensive about what exactly is going on.
In my opinion the minimum you should undergo is a scrotal Doppler/USG to see the condition of the testes and their vascularity. If possible even a semen test would be very useful. Please revert back with the reports.
Thanks and get well soon.
