Having Pain In Elbow. Have Arthritis In Shoulder. Took Anti Inflammatory Drugs. Suggest
I have pain in my left arm below my elbow.. it hurts every time i lift anything even pulling the door shut hurts. can not wrist twist like twist the throttle on a motor bike I do have a very slightly protruding disc in my neck between 5 and 6, but only slight. also have arthritis in my left shoulder with bursitis and tendonitis diagnosed early this year. I was told it was tennis elbow but after 20 days on anti inflammatory drugs and hand flexing exercises i am still in pain
Hi actually speaking Tennis elbow takes time to recover completley.. main modality of treatment is to take rest..give complete rest to your elbow for i say abt 3 to 4 weeks..only drugs wont help you.. and try giving some ice packing or hot compressors over ur elbow while on rest..u can give it to Ur shoulder too..
