Having Pain In Head And While Bending Down. Having Headache And Fever. Taken Painkillers. Pain Returns. Advise?
I have a pain in my head it started about three days ago. The pain throbs whenever i shift my head to the right and left. I also feel it when i kneel or bend down. I also feel like i'm running a fever. I think i might have a tension headache but i take pain relievers they are gone for a couple hours, then it returns.
The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be due to: 1. Sinusitis 2. Tension headache 3. Migraine 4. Cluster headache
Presence of fever & aggravation of symptoms on bending & head movements suggests towards Sinusitis. Management involves: 1. Paracetamol (500 mg to be taken thrice a day) for symptomatic relief from pain & fever. 2. Antibiotics based on culture & sensitivity reports. 3. Steam inhalation 4. Antihistamines like Allegra can also be used.
So, kindly consult your General Physician & start treatment. Investigations like complete blood count & X ray of para-nasal sinus will be helpful.
