Having Pain In The Knee. Difficulty In Standing And Moving. Suggest

have sharp stabbing pain on inside of right knee ..then goes away to a dull ache...keeps me awake at night can not rest against other knee as both knees will start to ache..gradually getting more pain full .. no sign of any swelling on either knee.. pain can get extremely pain ful as though some pushing a needle into side of knee..can just be sitting in a chair doing no activity then suddenly pain occurs..a have trouble then standing up but after moving around for a while pain goes away

Hello.The first diagnosis to rule out is a rheumatic disease.
Pain doing no activity,trouble standing up and decreasing pain after moving
are typical of those diseases( Pain in both knees and pain without trauma, too)
You must go your doctor to examine you and request additional tests:
radiography and rheumatic factors in blood.
By now you can take some painkiller(for example paracetamol 1000 mgr thrice a day)
