General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and thanks for the query,

This might need a more in depth evaluation. A clinical evaluation combined with a chest X ray and an abdominal ultrasound should be very sufficient in orienting and getting an appropriate diagnosis. Based on the results, other tests to ascertain whether this could actually be a gall bladder lesions like serum Gamma Amino Tranferase, 5' Nucleotidase, Liver transaminases to exclude liver disease and serum bilirubine levels could asked for.

However, An X ray, an abdominal ultrasound combined to a clinical evaluation shall determine the actual way forward.

Consult your internist or family physician for appropriate medical care. Best regards,

Bain LE, MD.
