Having Pain In Trachea. Feels Tightness In Chest, Difficulty In Swallowing, And Talking. What Is The Disease?

I ve been having pain in my trachea region for a couple months now, along with tightness is my chest, discomfort when swallowing , breathing and talking. I have frequent flare ups of a hot sensation and itchiness in the same region as well. After a blood test , ultrasound , ENT visit and upper GI scope. I still don t have an answer.. Is this some kind of condition?

thanks for your query,
have you taken your electrocardiogramas you have normal upper GI scope & normal blood test it may be an Anginal pain.so first rule out it.the differential diagnosis is anxiety.
