Hi,

As per your history there may be allergic rhinitis(hay fever) leading to sinusitis.Allergic rhinitis and sinusitis are linked to each other, because allergic rhinitis causes your nose to become blocked, and in turn blocks the sinuses. It happens when you breathe in something to which you are allergic, and the inside of your nose becomes inflamed and swollen.
Your case is mild one. Analgesic and antihistamines (e.g levocetrizine 5mg) are helpful in these cases.
Acute sinusitis usually subsides without any need for specific treatment.

Do consider a positive feedback as a credit to my work Let me know if you have any further questions.
