Having Pain While Urinating, Noticed Blood While Wiping And Experiencing Back Pain. UTI?

Hi, I think I may have a very minor UTI . I have some pain when I urinate and (in the evenings) feel a continual urge to urinate. I noticed last night that when I wipe, there was blood on the tissue . This isn t the case every time that I urinate, but has happened several times. I am also experiencing pain mid-low back. I don t know if those two things are related. Should I see a doctor?

hi there, you do seem to be suffering from UTI and it doesn't seem to be mild. You may also be having urethritis along with cystitis which explains the blood and continous urge to urinate. You should get a routine exam of the blood done and a culture and sentivity as well so that appropriate antibiotics according to the senstivity of the organism can be initiated. Do not neglect it and do visit your local doctor as soon as possible.In the meanwhile drink plenty of fluids and take rest. Take care.
