Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
Diet causing such a presentation is highly unlikely. From your presentation it appears as though both of you might be suffering from an infection of some sort, that has resulted in intercourse-related
anxiety in both of you.
To start with, please relax and do not worry about having intercourse and its effect and result. Next, coming to getting yourselves tested.
Both of you will have to be examined and evaluated by doctors. You should visit a gynecologist and you could send your husband to visit a
urologist or a sexual disease specialist.
Screening including all
sexually transmitted disease, urine analysis and physical examination of your sexual organs will be required. Once an underlying condition has been found, treating this will surely help relieve you of all your complaints. This could also be followed up with
counselling sessions with a sex specialist who will help relieve you of all anxiety and help in providing information on practicing safe and effective sexual intercourse.
Please try to include fruits and vegetables, even if in minor quantities in your diet. This greatly helps promote good sexual activity by promoting both mental and physical health.
I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.
Best wishes.
