Having Palpitations. Cholesterol High. Took Lexapro, Bystolic And Klonopin. Medical Cure For This?

I've had palpitations or pvcs for a sometime now...they have gotten worse and I get them sometimes when I lift heavy weight n bend to rack the weight....went to the the er n got an Ekg blood work, urine work...everything good...they saw the pvcs or Palps while I was hooked up on a heart monitor after my ekg. Had an echo done a few years ago and it was good...chest xray fine....stress test perfect...good high exercise tolerance it said. Cholesterol was high so I switched my diet...started cardio and different weight training. I do have horrible anxiety n stress... I take Lexapro 20mg bystolic 5mg for mild stress induced hypertension 1mg klonopin for night time stress n sleep...they scare me and I dwell on them.. I've never passed out from them. I noticed them more n have them frequently when my acid reflux disease acts up...or when im really bloated...what can I do.? I have an appointment soon to probably switch my meds...lexapro isn't helping anymore. Thanks and please help put mind at ease...they really scare me

Hi
You should control your cholesterol by statin drugs probably by a small dose daily like Atorvastatin 10 mg.You can have some breathing excercise to control your stress and anxiety.Better to avoid weight excercise in this case.Your other drugs are usually perfect for your condition.avoid coffee, cheese and excess tea.Hope this may help you.thanks
