Having Period Since 7 Weeks, On Low Dose Birth Control Pill To Regulate, Not Stopped, Tiredness, Chest Pain, Palpitations. Suggestions?

I have a 13 year old daughter, who s been having a period 7 weeks. The ob/gyn put her on a low does birth control pill to stop the lengthy period & regulate her 3 weeks ago. Since then, she still has her period & has started complaining about how she s tired all the time & when she tries to be active her chest hurts & her heart beats fast. Suggestions?

Thanks for query,
Your daughter has irregular periods due to hormonal imbalance.Initially when periods starts due to pitutary glands precursors not regulated initially leads to irregular hormonal surge develop this situation.
you should keep her on birth control pill for atleast 3-4 months so that her pitutary learns how to release precursers of hormone.
Her palpitation & chest hurts is a complication & symptoms of anemia so give her enough vitamins & iron .
