Having Pricking Pain In Ear. Not Cured By Waxolve, Zoxan And Neosporin. What Treatment Should Be Done?

i have sometimes pricking pain in my ear and i have pain around my ears all the time. i hav tried waxolve,zoxan and neosporin , but no effect doc pls help i am suffering from this for long time
