Having Problems With Ibs, Problems In Leg, Right Knee, Both Hips, Right Elbow, Right Shoulder. Cure?

Hello doc
I have been having problems with ibs,gluten and icc for 2 years now for the last 8 months I have been having problems in my right lower leg, right knee, both hips, right elbow and right shoulder. I am a big runner dr. Thought maybe from running hips are out of balance did physical therapy and actually felt worse now the pain is in lower back in a couple spots been waking up in pain not sure what it could be finally going to have a nuclear full body scan any thought?
