Having Red Bumps On Arm. No Itching. Sweat A Lot. What Can Be Done?

I have about 8 red bumps on th back side of my right arm only it dosent itch at all I just noticed it today I'm almost positive it was not there yesterday.I also do a lot of heavy lifting at work and tent to swweat a lot at work to the point where my shirt is literall sticking to me. But why would I get bumps on only one armand not the other? I don't know what this could be could it be bed bugs?

Hi asymptomatic red bumps on the arm cannot be due to bed bugs.it can be either milaria rubra or polymorphic light eruption.i think it is only milaria as it is due to excessive sweating.only point against it is that it is only on one arm.apply calamine lotion over the bumps and vitamin c tablets to cure it.if no response apply calamine lotion in the morning and flutivate ointment in the night
